You will receive your orders within 7-19 working days after your payment is completed. 

Just keep in mind that this estimated time frame doesn't include weekends or Korean public holidays.

Duties and Taxes

Don't worry about any additional fees or charges when your order arrives because all associated customs and duties are already included in your final checkout payment.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason part of your order is unavailable, or if the item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we have you covered. We will promptly process a refund for the affected item.
