ORDER

• Once an order has been paid for, it will be sent from Korea to the designated address within 7-19 working days. If it takes longer than expected, we will inform you right away.
• Cancellation of order is not allowed once the order has been placed.

REFUND & EXCHANGE

• If an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will notify you via email and/or text messages and refund your payment in full. 
• We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective, or unless we shipped you the wrong item. Please carefully review the detailed measurements on the page before ordering. 
• The returned item must be in perfect condition, without any damage or signs of wear. 
• While we take great care in packaging your products, there is always a chance that minor damage may occur to the packaging during shipping. You should keep this in mind before purchasing.
